External Spring-Loaded High-Capacity Steel Ball Transfer Units: Spring-loaded ball transfer units are specialised devices designed for multi-direction materials handling solutions. They consist of a large load-bearing steel ball atop multiple smaller balls housed within a zinc-plated mild steel casing, complemented by an external spring mechanism. External spring-loaded ball transfer units offer low friction, and smooth operation, and are ideal for load balancing and environments with extreme temperatures (temperature range -50 deg C to +160 deg C). These units provide adjustable pre-load and maintain their load capacity regardless of orientation, with integral mounting points for easy installation. They are particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications, characterized by the lowest coefficient of friction and exceptionally smooth performance.
