Description

RHP BT Series Belt Tensioner Units: Cast iron conveyor belt tensioner bearing unit supplied with a full width bearing insert fitted and includes a grease nipple to facilitate re-lubrication. The bearing insert has 2 grub screws to allow tightening against the shaft after installation. The units are designed to be used with the RHP BTHF series tensioner housings with feet for bolting in place or the RHP BTH series without feet for welding in place. The BT Tensioner unit fits inside the BTHF/BTH housing and it's position is controlled by the M12x1.75mm set screw which can be locked after adjustment is completed.
The insert can be removed from the housings for future replacement as required
