SKF Adaptor Sleeves for imperial shafts: Are the most commonly used components for locating bearings with a tapered bore onto a cylindrical seating. They can be used on plain shafts allowing the bearing to be positioned as required and locked into place or on stepped shafts with a seating ring to set the bearing off a shoulder before locking it into position
