Description
L-Ball LHSA Rod Ends: The L-Ball LHSA is a high quality compact rod-end. Constructed with a dust cover on the stud side, this rod end is pre-loaded with quality lithium soap-based grease, allowing these rods to be run for extended periods of time between re-lubrication. Other advantages included excellent lubrication with anti-dust properties.
The ball studs of LHSA 10 and lower are formed as a single solid body, LHSA 12 and higher which are designed for larger loads have the stud friction-welded to a high precision steel ball to give better resistance to wear.
L-Balls have a maximum operating temperature of +80°C
Note: The threads on the studs are always right-handed threads, the internal threads are handed dependent on the version purchased. eg: if you purchased an LHSA12 then the internal thread will be right-handed whereas in the case of an LHSA12L the internal thread will be left-handed. (The L in the part number indicates this)
