MB Series Bronze Lined Maintenance Required Rod Ends with Male Thread: The MB series are a standard range of maintenance required general purpose male rod ends suitable for medium heavy industrial/mechanical load applications requiring low friction and good wear resistance, available in both metric and imperial bore and thread sizes. Suitable for high precision motion transfer applications and extended wear life. Materials: Housing: Steel 230M07PB zinc plated white and blue passivate (silver/clear) and stainless steel 303L. Race: Bronze SAE660 and oil impregnated sintered bronze. Ball: Bearing steel 100Cr6, case hardened and electroless nickel plated and stainless steel 440C. Operating Temperature Range: Operating temperature range -34c to +149c Benefits: Low friction, available in metric and imperial thread and bore sizes, extended wear life |
