Description

SKF High Temperature Housings and Bearing Inserts: VA228 have a grey cast iron housing and have a coronet type graphite cages, they are lubricated with a polyalkylene glycol/graphite mixture and can be used at temperatures from -50 deg to +350 deg Celsius, at prolonged use over 200 deg Celsius dry lubricant pertains. All versions are characterised by their BLACK PHOSPHATED COATING on the inserts. They have a max rotational speed of 100 rpm
