SNR US-T20 Flatback Spherical Outer High Temp Bearing Insert with Grub Screws: This bearing insert is tailored for high-temperature applications, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. Each steel insert features a single lip seal on both sides and a narrow inner ring design. It incorporates a zinc-coated sheet steel retainer over-molded with NBR, boasting an axially preloaded seal lip and a preconnected, zinc-coated sheet steel slinger for enhanced protection against mechanical impacts. Additionally, it is black-oxide-coated with increased internal clearance, enabling permanent operation at temperatures up to +200°C. Designed for high-temperature use under normal environmental conditions, this insert supports medium to high rotation speeds, ensuring reliable performance in challenging heat-intensive settings.
