DURBAL Heavy-Duty Spherical-Plain Bearing - Sliding Combination Steel/PTFE: These spherical bearings consist of a hardened and chromium-plated steel joint ball and stainless steel outer ring injected with DURBAL-Glide (Polyamide-PTFE-fibreglass-Compound). DURBAL-Glide (race) made of polyamide-PTFE-glass fibre compound, maintenance-free, encapsulates penetrating foreign bodies. This fact and the greater overlay thickness compared to other sliding materials assure longer durability. A joint ball made of ball bearing steel, hardened, ground, polished, and hard chromium plated ensures reliable corrosion protection. For use with small swivelling movements and at low speeds. Temperature range: -30 deg C to +60 deg C.
